新生児疼痛評価

NIPS (Neonatal Infant Pain Scale - 新生児乳児疼痛スケール) は、新生児の疼痛を評価するためのツールです。6つの各パラメータについて、新生児の状態を最もよく表すオプションを選択してください。合計スコアが4点以上の場合は、疼痛が存在することを示します。
