This Site, as well as its content, belongs to Cia de enfermagem Brasil ("Cia de enfermagem").

2.1. What data does this document refer to?
This Privacy Policy concerns information that can identify or allow the identification of a natural person, such as name, CPF, phone number, e-mail, or address.
2.2. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
The entity responsible (controller) for processing your personal data is Cia de Enfermagem, a joint-stock company, headquartered in the City of Santos, State of São Paulo, at Av Presidente Wilson, 190, 7th floor - José Menino, Santos - SP, 11065201.
3. How do we obtain (collect) your data?
3.1. Some data may be collected when you provide it to us directly or through your interactions with the Site, and will be processed in accordance with applicable law, as well as this Privacy Policy.
3.1.1. Data provided by you: This data may refer to information submitted by you, for example, when you fill out a registration form, or when you participate in a campaign or contest offered by our Site, and pertains to information such as name, phone number, CPF, address, and e-mail address.
3.1.2. Data collected automatically: This is data obtained automatically as a result of your interactions with the Site, such as IP addresses (Internet Protocol, a set of numbers that identifies users' computers), time and date of access, cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, actions taken by you during your interaction with the Site, sections accessed by you, date and time information of your actions and accesses, session ID, mobile device used, if applicable, geolocation, camera, photo gallery, information about your screen and resolution, time spent, among other information.
3.1.3. Cookies are small files created by websites that, while you browse the internet, are stored in your browser and help personalize your access. You can change or disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
4. Purpose of data processing
4.1. Why do we process your data?
We process your personal data with the main objective of enabling your interaction with the Site, as well as your registration and participation in contests offered by us.
4.2. What can personal data be used for?
Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- 4.2.1. To enable your registration on the Site, as well as in campaigns and contests offered by us;
- 4.2.2. To send messages (push, SMS, e-mail, etc.), including advertising for the Site and other Cia de enfermagem projects;
- 4.2.3. Identification and investigation of suspected fraud, violation of third-party rights or other illicit acts committed by users, investigation by harmed third parties and/or by competent authorities;
- 4.2.4. Regular exercise of Cia de enfermagem's rights, including in judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings;
- 4.2.5. Identification and prevention of possible security threats;
- 4.2.6. Analytics - recognition of user profiles and collective consumption habits, in order to generate statistical data that allows for a better understanding of how users interact with the Site.
The eventual use of personal data for purposes that do not comply with this prerogative will be done upon prior notification to you, whenever possible and reasonable.
4.3. What is the legitimacy of the processing?
The legal bases that legitimize the processing of your personal data are: execution of the legal relationship between the parties arising from your registration and participation in Site campaigns, compliance with a legal obligation, the authorizations you grant us under the terms of this Privacy Policy, eventual regular exercise of a right in a judicial, administrative or arbitration proceeding and, also, the legitimate interest of Cia de enfermagem.
5. Data sharing and transfer
5.1. Who do we share your information with?
Cia de enfermagem may share personal data with its partners, companies of the Cia de enfermagem Group, and business partners so that these partners can also carry out the uses described in item 4.2.
5.1.1. Personal data may also be shared with other suppliers of Cia de enfermagem, such as technology suppliers, agencies, logistics operators, etc.
5.2. International Transfers.
Your personal data may be processed by suppliers of Cia de enfermagem, who will guarantee its security and confidentiality, and who may be located in Brazil or abroad, as well as with companies of Cia de enfermagem, which are located abroad. In this case, there will be an international data transfer.
This practice will always be carried out in accordance with the privacy and data protection regulations in force in Brazil at the time of the transfer, especially with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law. If your personal data is transferred to third parties in a country that does not provide an adequate standard of protection for your personal data, we will implement measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected, as established by law, for example by including standard contractual clauses or establishing global corporate rules in agreements with these recipients.
5.3. How long will we keep your data?
Cia de enfermagem will generally retain your personal data only for the period necessary to serve the purpose of the processing as described above, to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with an applicable legal requirement or as advisable in light of the applicable statute of limitations.
6. Advertising
6.1. Advertising services are our free communications about offers, services, products and other communications made to you. This service includes e-mails with offers related to your Site usage profile. It is worth noting that your choice can be changed at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link present in all e-mails sent, and Cia de enfermagem respects your decision.
7. How your personal data is protected
7.1. Cia de enfermagem uses its best efforts to protect the personal data collected and processed against the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. 9. Cookie Policy
9.1. You expressly acknowledge and accept that the Site may use a behavior monitoring system through the use of "cookies" and/or other similar monitoring technologies.
These technologies are used by Cia de enfermagem with the objective of profiling the audience that visits the Site and improving its services and products. 10. Additional Information

Under no circumstances shall Cia de enfermagem or any of its partners or suppliers be liable for any crime, negligence, breach of contract or other hypothesis of civil or criminal offense that may be caused by you, being your total responsibility to bear any and all damages, monetary or otherwise, arising from your indirect, direct or incidental action, with Cia de enfermagem having the right of recourse for such situations.
10.2. This Privacy Policy is governed by the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
10.3. Depending on the interactions you have on the Site, it is possible that services or products provided directly by third parties may be contracted. In this case, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of this third party. Cia de enfermagem has no interference in the establishment of these terms and policies. If you decide to use the services and applications of third parties, you will do so at your own risk.
