Risk Assessment for Pressure Injuries

The Gosnell Scale is an adaptation of the Norton scale. It consists of five risk factors: mental state, continence, mobility, activity, and nutrition. The score ranges from 5 (good) to 20 (poor), indicating the risk of developing pressure injuries.
