Criteria evaluated: Mental state, oxygenation, vital signs, motility, ambulation, feeding, body care, elimination, therapeutics, dressing change time, dressing, and skin/mucosal integrity/tissue impairment.
Who uses it?: Nurses.
The Fugulin Scale classifies the complexity of nursing care required for each patient. The higher the score, the greater the complexity and need for specialized care.
